(b) Charitable Raffle: Includes charitable raffles operated or sponsored by Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada;

(d) User: Means an individual accessing the Website and/or purchasing Charitable Raffle tickets on the Website; and

(e) Website: Means the website located at https://vegasnewhomeraffle.com/

2.1 Personal information collected from Users will be collected, used and maintained in accordance with the Privacy Policy. User consents to the provision of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
